Data Collected

We store account email, password hash, ZIP code, subscription tier, referral code, Discord webhook settings, and Stripe customer identifiers needed to operate the portal.

Stripe handles payment details. Caesar X1001 does not store card numbers.

Operational Use

Account data is used to filter alerts, manage billing, issue referral credits, fulfill audit requests, and protect the service from abuse.

Users may request account review or removal through the owner/admin support channel.
